This is the absolute best place to going to get for us TECHY individuals, prices are fair, the staff and service are out of this world they far exceed bestbuy and I know that because bestbuy is a retailer aimed at generalizations of the simple consumers and not toward the actually technical support and server, or network industrial options that many may seek, also check into Darkwarriors as they are a great source to building one's business reputation and promoting small businesses. 4X before they got it right! Had a hard drive replacement... was quick with turnaround... but put 8.1 instead of 8.1 professional... Picked it up...
Good guys they want to help. Be dure to redrarch your need some of these guys don't know as much as they want you to think. Some are very good.
Technician restored only one account... took it back to get second account restored... today had to take it back to get windows explorer set up to be on my desktop... Some big guy with a pony tail very, very rude... completely insensitive to the fact that this is the 4X I have been working on trying to get the harddrive properly replaced.... up to now I have been very forgiving but after this rude guy today will likely never be backl...
Great and knowledgeable staff. Can't always find what you're looking for, but you've got a good 80 percent chance, if not the staff always offer to get one for you.
Will also not recommend place to people (and I have in the past)...
