My mom's alternator died on the way to the beach. The store did an amazing job helping her out so she could get to a repair shop to fix it. They did a great job testing her battery and getting her on her way and the battery didn't cost a lot. Thank you for your amazing work!
Very bad communication from store. Five day delivery on line order turned into a twenty one day delivery store pick up.

Battery was put into iPhone and the person helping me was very informative and courteous.
Very negative experience with store policies an of an employee , Adrienne (sp?) who seemed to be in charge. Ordered LED conversion kits for Maglites , had difficulty installing , brought back to store for help in installing. James initially tried to help, but Adrienne stepped in without introducing herself or saying HI, and stopped him. I did NOT damage the replacement bulb, only wanted for store to install it for me, as the store advertises that they fix electric related products, and this was flashlight, and the store stocks the product for sale and service. Adrienne denied product replacement or credit since the product did not work, saying that "Troy ( the owner?) would lose money and wouldn't like it." I did not ask for replacement, or credit, only that the store make the product work, and James, the other employee can be my witness. He treated me with respect, Adrienne did NOT. Although I only spent $39 at the store, I will never go back as long as she works at the store, as this was the worst customer experience I have ever had in many years of shopping.
If the owner is more worried about the profit on a $39 purchase rather than making a customer happy, he will lose BIG time, as hopefully this review will keep many others from making the same mistake of going there. Told me that the store only repairs ELECTRONIC devices, but what is a cell phone, vs a flashlight, and the big sign in the store shows power drills and other appliances( see the website photos for proof...). If the employees dispute ANY PART of this, I will personally contact and escalate to corporate HQ.
