3. The staff member who rung me up offered a military discount, thanking me for my service, which I gratefully accepted. That same staff member then asked me to leave a 5 star google review in return for the discount. (I didn't ask for it or even mention I was military)
Don’t let them level your vehicle! We took our brand new 2017 truck and have been paying for it ever since! When we picked our vehicle up from far beyond, the steering wheel was crooked, so we called to let them know and they said to wait because it would most likely straighten itself out. A month later since the issue didn’t “fix itself” it was taken back where they told me they just straightened the steering wheel because they didn’t think it was an alignment issue. Figuring they probably knew what they were talking about, we trusted their judgement. When going to rotate our tires we noticed they were completely ruined and bald, we called to let them know about this issue as it could’ve been prevented on multiple occasions, they sent us to another company who told us we just bought a “bad truck” and to take it back to dodge. Since then we have paid for two brand new tires and an alignment, exceeding the price of the leveling kit we initially bought. Save yourself the hassle and don’t let them do anything mechanical on your vehicle! And if they do mess something up, don’t count on them to do the right thing and fix it.
Their dedication to customer satisfaction was really put to the test and they passed. I've had more than a few bad experiences in Corpus Christi with poor customer service. Bad customer service actually seems to be the standard in this city, so it was very refreshing to have my complaint taken seriously and steps taken to correct the issue on the spot. That gained them this 5 star review AND my continued business. I followed up and got the same window tint from them on my wife's car and am still satisfied. Thank you Far Beyond team. Great folks, great service! I'll admit, we got off to a little bit of a rough start. I had a tight schedule and was told it would not be a problem. They came well recommended from a co-worker so I had faith. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication somewhere along the line. How they handled the situation after that was what really sets them apart from other businesses. The owner, Barry, was very apologetic and made sure to get my vehicle in and done in what must've been a record amount of time! Herschel and Travis made sure everything was handled, and done properly. In spite of being a rushed job the tint looked great. There was no indication that it was rushed.
I had Far Beyond install window tint on my 2005 Camry in 2005. They were very friendly, provided great recommendations of what to get on front & back windows. They did a fantastic job and I've had no trouble with it in 12 years of owning the car. Another great thing is that the tint came with a lifetime warranty. I recently got a new car, and if I lived closer to Corpus Christi, I would have them do the tint on my new car without hesitation!
1. The tint looks good, is applied well, and appears to be holding up just fine. These people know what they are doing. No scratches or bubbles. Applied Sep 2017. I will update if this changes.
Great customer service. Got in at 8:55am on a Saturday and by 8:45am Barry told me they were almost done with 3 people working on my car with the tint. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place! I would come back to add an alarm system to my truck.
2. I found the inner dust seal to my driver side rear door sitting on the floor of my car and chose to take my own door apart and re-install it myself.
