It may have been a bad day for them, but communication is key, and they failed.....
Went in on a Saturday after being told they open at 9, and they would have my truck done by 11:30.
They did an excellent job on installing my clearance marker lights that go on the cab. They look evenly spaced on the roof and so far so good on no leaks. The only thing is whoever installed my lights smeared silicone on the inside of my windshield on my eyebrow tint! And they left some dirty rags in the cab. Would be nice if someone could clean it off. Hope it does or I need a new brow.
So far, so good. When I called, the support staff was very professional. The specific technician I needed to talk to was with another customer at the time but returned my call in a timely manner.
I dropped my tonneau cover off the first week of August 2015. Went back a week later to get the cover put back on and sat there for 3 hours waiting, when I was told it would take 1hr max. Wrong part was eithersent by the manufacturer or ordered wrong by far and beyond. Since then, mind you its January 26th, I have personally either went by or called every 3 weeks to check on status. I either get the run around about whats going on or talk to someone new everytime that knows nothing about it. I went to pick it up and see if someone else can try and put it together and the workers said they put it in storage. So much for trouble shooting it and getting the locking mechanism to work. I am beyond amazed at how poorly this company follows thru with jobs. I would never recommend them for any type of work on a vehicle. Im hoping to get over there this weekend to pick it up.
I have installed additional fog lights on my Mustang and want to use a separate on/off switch to control them. We have made an appointment but I intend to take it over a day or two early and review the game plan.

Got wheels, tires and lift for my Silverado. Great experience. Job was done right and on time and I couldn't be happier. The manager, Cheryl, was very professional and made this a shop that I will return. Need undercoating and bed-liner next visit.
They even worked on people's vehicles that didn't have appointments...
