Each time I've received an arrangement from Black Tie Roses they've been so stunning and refreshingly unique. Definitely made my day! They put a lot of effort into the construction of their arrangements and it shows; I recommend coming here for the quality before going to a grocery store for quantity.
Spent $135 to have flowers and candy delivered to someone special on Valentines Day. When 4:00 rolled around and I didn't hear anything from her, I had to spoil the surprise and tell her about the flowers. She called them (I couldn't get through because every call went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full) and managed to get through to some kid who said, "They're on the way." 5:00 rolls around and still no flowers. She's going home without any flowers or candy. Day ruined. I will NEVER order from this place again.
Robin gave us a personal experience, with lots of communication. She was super friendly, and eager to make my vision a reality! My bouquet was gorgeous, and even better than I had envisioned... we will definitely use Black Tie Roses for any future occasions. Thank you again, Robin, for making our wedding day so special :)
As a former employee, I could NOT work for Robin. I have NEVER in my life, quit a job and told my boss to f*** off. In one week, separate occasions, she fired two of us and hired us back the same day! She is CRAZY. All she cares about is your money. Not to mention she way over charges yall. She marks everything up x10. And even then, she doesn't pay her employees on time! All she did was tell us how we are trying to sabotage her business. We only tried helping her. She is extremely nice to all of her customers and they all love her! But as soon as they walk out the door she complains and says how much she hates them. If all you want is beautiful flowers, she is definitely the best at what she does. However, you'd be better off spending WAY less money at another shop where they genuinely CARE ABOUT YOU. Her arrangements earn 5 stars but I'm rating this business with 1 star because I don't believe in cutting off the hand that feeds you. To all of her customers please know you deserve way better!
Best florist in town! The actual arrangements are BETTER than pictures online. 2 out of 2 times they absolutely nailed it! Will definitely order from them every time.
