Frustrated potential customer: I TRIED to do business with CC florist twice. When sending flowers from out of town, I prefer to work directly with a local florist. When I called, the lady who answered said she was alone and busy. Could I call back. So I looked up their website. It stated that they "guarantee superb service. You will speak with a highly trained florist, not a customer service center" and "cut out the middle man fees" along with glowing descriptions of the freshest flowers etc. There was an email address next to a comment that they were happy to work with you on a custom arrangement. So I emailed pictures and descriptions. The email bounced back. So I telephoned again. The owner Belinda Perez said they had no email anymore. Then abruptly, "just tell me what you want to send". I asked for some assistance choosing flowers. To which she replied, I am busy, can you call me back later. Two strikes and you're out. I won't be calling back.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Friday morning, May 7th. They charged my account for $68.00 and never delivered the flowers. Be very careful using this business.
