One star solely on the basis that one of the employees did sincerely apologize to me for this ordeal, otherwise it would have been no star rating.

An order was placed on the wrong credit card inadvertently and I contacted the store immediately to correct the situation. I was told that the first credit card was not charged and they took down my second card number. I verified with my bank while on the call with the flower shop and found that they indeed did charge my first credit card and now the second card was charged as well. I was treated very rudely by the clerk Ashley and I told her that my first card was charged and she insisted it was not even when I told her that I was online with my bank and it was showing the charge as going through. She very sharply in a loud tone told me no it did not. She said it says here it is on house account and that there is no way it was charged. I asked to speak with the person who took the order and she put me through to Tony. Tony was the only good thing about this entire experience. He immediately apologized for the inconvenience but told me that he could not credit my card as they did not know how or their system was not allowing it to process the credit. I was told that I would receive a check in the mail for the amount charged on my credit card. Ten days later, after not receiving a check, I contacted the flower shop and apparently a check was never cut or mailed. I spoke with the owner, AC, and was assured that not only would I get a check, but that he would put something extra for my troubles. Also, he told me that he fired the girl who was rude to me because she was also very rude to other customers.

Blossom shop never lets me down. Always more than I expect in quality and service and price. If there is a problem, A.C. will fix it.

I received a check two days later. However, when I opened the envelope I discovered that the amount was not for the amount I was charged on my credit card, but it was less than the amount. Imagine my frustration. I went to the flower shop to discover that Ashley still worked there and upon finding out that AC was not in the office I left. I wonder why he would tell me he fired her if in fact he did not. I called the flower shop to verify that Ashley was still working there and they confirmed that indeed she was. I then asked to speak with Tony and explained him the situation. He again apologized and told me that he would contact AC and have him call me immediately. I never received a call that night. The next morning I called the flower shop and asked for Tony. When Tony got on the phone I asked him if he contacted AC the night before and he assured me he did. I explained to Tony that AC never called me. Tony said that AC was in the office and I asked to speak to him. At first AC pretended not to remember my situation, then when he did remember and I informed him that it was less than what it was supposed to be, he laughed. I also confronted him about Ashley and how he told me he fired her but he did not. He said oh I thought you meant the other girl and I said no, I distinctly remember telling you Ashley. He just laughed. I told him that the situation was not a laughing matter and that it is ridiculous that I am now going on three weeks without being reimbursed my money. He asked me what I wanted him to do. I told him that I wanted my money. I asked him if he would bring me a new check to my office that day. He said he would bring a check over right away. Of course, he sent an employee and did not deliver the check himself. Poor customer service experience. This florist is one of the most expensive if not the most expensive florist in Corpus Christi Texas. I dont mind paying extra for good service and good products. But when one or both are missing from the equation it is hard to justify spending that kind of money. This is a florist I would think twice about before spending my money there.

I needed a business gift and stopped in while running other errands. Staff was friendly and custom made my bouquet while I waited. I loved seeing all the ideas like candles and pretty containers. I will shop here again. Great value.

I placed an order with Ashley and she was the kindest person who has ever taken an order and very professional. I explained that I lived in another state and I wanted a plant with something a little different. She also sent a picture of my arrangement, and it was beautiful. Thanks so much Ashley for going above and beyond. You are amazing and best wishes in all your endeavors.

I ordered flowers for a friend. It was during Mother's Day rush and the power had gone out. Everyone was rushing around but stopped to wait on me and give me good suggestions. My order turned out better than expected. Thank you Sandra! I will use blossom shop for all my floral needs.
