Do not order anything for business delivery on Valentine's Day. They will not get it on time knowing most places of business closes by 5pm. I went at 4pm to the store to check status because it had not been delivered. Well it wasn't even made yet and the lady is telling customers there's no guarantee time and if not delivered to the business then it will to your residence. Why even have business delivery then. No where online does it say order might not get delivered. I think business delivery makes the recipient feel more special than getting their items at home. Again DO NOT GET BUSINESS DELIVERY ON VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!
There delivery service sux for residential. If you want it delivered to a person they have to be home all day no time of when they might show up can be given. And they dont deliver after 5. So my sister in law now has to go pick it up from there office and it ruined the surpise, Never doing it again way overpriced as well for getting what some fruit you have to pick up?

They delivered to my wife a whole day late. Would have been longer but she met up with driver... WTH I never got a call or a sorry or a refund. They lost a good client as I purchased all over nation. And usually same deal in other state. Y'all suck
Loved, loved ,loved ! Sent an arrangement to my mom on Valentines day. I ordered early, it arrived on time and beautiful! I have never had any problems. I can go in during the day for a birthday gift or a get well gift and always walkaway with a extraordinary gift.
