The doctor was in the room before I finished my paperwork. Less than 5 minutes! They gave excellent care and made sure I understood everything before I left. I highly recommend!
Don't try calling here for any advice, they just want your money. I called asking for advice for my girlfriend, I told them the symptoms and they said they couldn't give advice, I then asked if "I can tell you the symptoms, can you at least tell me what's going on?" They then told me they are too worried about being sued for giving advice over the phone and if I thought it was an emergency to come in. OBVIOUSLY, I wouldn't be calling if I didn't know.
If and when I need to, I will continue going to Physicians Premier as opposed to the larger Emergency Rooms. The whole experience was awesome! The staff and Dr. Rowe were extremely efficient, courteous and highly professional. Dr. Rowe was very thorough and ran appropriate tests and gave the necessary recommendations and treatment. They are a full service ER. I saw Dr. Rowe multiple times during my visit and he actually came in to see if my treatment was making me more comfortable. I highly recommend this route of Emergency care for those of you with Private Insurance. Total time, from in the door until I returned home was 2 hours and 20 minutes. A far cry from waiting 8 hours and not even being seen. Once again, I'm highly pleased!
Nursing and staff are top notch! If you have ever had to wait hours in a hospital ER, you will be amazed at the difference!
Courteous staff and physicians that provide a great service to the area. Emergencies are never convenient and so nice to have an alternative to the overcrowded ER.
