They are generally very responsive and reasonable they are very helpful also
Check your discs before you leave! Just picked up Diablo 3 used and the disc was trash. Somebody's not doing their job

I got there right as the turned of the OPEN sign and there were already a few customers inside and tried to tell me " the registers automatically turn off at a certain time. But seriously they could've just took the $20 I had and let me buy the extra battery pack for my xbox 360 controller but I do know they have families to get back to and the probably are tired of being there all day so I've gotta give them some slack.
