Spent two hours here to start one line and was the only customers in the store... horrible customer service .
Do not stop by this store bed customer service. Speally I had experience with Allcia Figueroa she is retail consultant.
Went to this Sprint Store because I was activating a new phone and was having problems with the service. Since I bought the phone at Best Buy, they had me take it to Best Buy to get help with the problem that turned out not to be with the phone, but with Sprint's side. At this store, they did little to try fixing my problem. They didn't even call Sprint like they had at Best Buy. Never coming back if I have a problem. Best Buy, which isn't even a Sprint store themselves, had a better method of fixation than this place did. 0/10 would recommend.
Ps don't put shy people that have to be asked to repeat themselves over and over again because they are so quite you can't hear them behind the register, and when there are 4 employees and a customer has been there that long and it's obvious your employee is new and having issues working the system then one of the other employees should lend a hand so the customer has a decent experience .
The worst service possible. Their reps will lie straight faced to get you to switch over to Sprint. In the end you will end up paying more for a lower quality of service. If your thinking of switch over don't do it. They gave us a price and now we are paying 40 dollars more than we were told on multiple occasions. After I got my first bill I went in and they told me it was because it was pro rated for the first month second month of service same price on the bill. Now it's to late to cancel if we do so we have to pay full price on our lease.
Could have been 5 Stars..but I felt a little understaffed, and as a result a longer wait.. Overall, consultants very helpful and got my new I Phone 10!!
