My family and I have been relying on Tubb's for over 20 years. They are always prompt, courteous, and reliable when we need flowers for a special occasion. Recommending anyone else would be a mistake.

The arrangement showed up wilted. I called Tubbs florist and discussed the situation with them. I was told to add water to the arrangement and see if the wilted flowers would perk back up. I was also told that the manager would call me soon. The manager called me back about 10 minutes and again I was told that she wasn't sure if I was the first or last stop and that the vehicle that was used to deliver the arrangement was air conditioned. After our conversation about how she had to wait for the some of the flower to be flown in from the grower and the time to arrange the flowers, it came down to.... If the flowers don't perk back up in a couple of hours I could bring the arrangement back to the store so that they could be replaced…. AFTER SPENDING $120.54 on an arrangement I guess it’s presumptuous of me to NOT want to drive 64 miles round trip or approximately 1hr 20min drive time, to have some of the flowers replaced in the arrangement that I ordered for my our 25th Wedding anniversary. And I'm not going to even get going on the delivery man.....
