Stayed here for RealmsCon this past weekend, and I enjoyed my stay. Got a nice view of the beach, too! It's definitely not a five star hotel. Average, gets a little sketchy at night, but I have absolutely no complaints. The staff is nice, not an expensive place, kinda old, but a good place to stay if you wanna be by the beach.
Great service wonderful people and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice.
Came here for one night they gave me a room it was decent but i felt iffy about it .. the Place has bedbugs in room 302 . Discussting was in the dark and felt something bite me , I turn light on and seen 3 bed bugs , we search the bed b4 we laid down but they still came out. then We had to switch rooms not to comfortable sleeping here ..
I'm gonna book again next time I get a vacation. ^_^
Pretty much a dump. Old, dated. Shouldn't even be allowed to keep the Days Inn franchise name. 109 bucks plus tax. Should be a 29.99 a night room. Which we chalked that up as a loss cause after being there just a couple hours, we loaded back in the truck and went and got a room elsewhere. Would not suggest this place to anyone, especially if you have kids. Bums constantly walking by asking for cigarettes money etc. Great place if you're a crack head or meth head. Nice view of the beach. Can't enjoy it though cause of the bums and fear of being robbed. Almost 100% sure my truck would have been broken into if we'd stayed. Don't waste your time. Just so you know, the positive reviews on here are probably written by their sketchy staff and they probably paid them to write them. Just don't bother with this place.
Ive used this hotel in the past, even had the Jacuzzi room and Ive never had issues. However, last week I was moving from Rockport to San Antonio per FEMA due to the hurricane. Days Inn took FEMA, yet the first room had horribly dirty sheets with black ashy looking stuff all over them (fingerprints) so, I was transferred to another room which was worse. It had dirty sheets, wasn't vacuumed. The nightstand still had a dirty cup ring and a penny stuck to it. I was told there are only two FEMA rooms and I was given a flat sheet, not a set of sheets, but a flat sheet to change the nasty bedsheets myself. They wouldn't change them. I left and paid out of pocket to stay somewhere else instead of using my voucher for a disgusting room. Its sad because I use to recommend this place and its located on the beach
