Very nice, clean gym. It has everything you need to get a good workout and it has 24 hour access! I highly recommend this gym. Gabe and Nando will definitely help to kick your butt into shape. I've already made so much progress! Thanks guys!! I love that it's never overcrowded too!
Simple, with limited equipment but, only $10 for 24hrs as a guest - good for a traveler.
The staff is friendly, personable, and helpful. A very nice guy. The gym is kept clean & the equipment working. The gym has everything you need & much more. I love the training/crossfit area being separate from the main gym. And the classes they provide are great! The location of the gym itself is wonderful, easily accessible & 24 hours a day. Can't beat that!
All Good Fitness is an efficient, well appointed, lightly traveled, and spotless fitness center great to use in the morning before work or during your lunch break.

Great atmosphere! Always able to hop on my favorite equipment without a wait. Perfect location downtown. Rooftop yoga on Tuesday/Thursday nights & Saturday mornings has been a fabulous addition to the gym's amenities! Keep up the awesome work!
