The guys that greet you at the front are very friendly.
Great place to get in shape especially for shy people they have the dark room. Only down side is that it gets packed in wieght lifting area around 5 to 9 p.m.
I go here 4 times a week. Its a very nice space for the price. The staff is really nice, and very helpful. Always smells clean and even when it's busy you can find a spot for yourself.
It's a LARGE gym equipped with everything you need for pretty much any kind of workout. They have a LARGE cinema room, a cycle studio, a woman's area and they have a supplement store.
The only reason I occasionally come here is because sometimes Gold's gets too packed and it's closer to where I live. The Freedom Fitness on Alameda is WAY cleanier and more convenient but it is too small.
Pretty great place over all. I can't complain. There's great customer service. It's generally a clean place. I love coming here
I work out here every day, I like it but I wish there were actual squat racks instead of just Smith machines, or even free motion Smith machines, it's also lacking in a seated calf raise machine. The dumbbells only go to 75lbs too, it's a good gym but they could stand to add a squat rack or 2, a seated calf raise machine and some heavier dumbbells. I can't really complain otherwise.
This gym is by far the crustiest, dirtiest, stickiest gym I have ever been to. The stair masters are so dirty you can feel it. Its rare to see a person cleaning. The only clean area that's visible is the Personal training room.
I never see people wiping down the machines after they use it, on a Friday night you will run into pretty much every single thug in Corpus Christi looking for his next mate.
