I cancelled my services because its overcrowded, all of the time unless you don't work certain hours and can get there 12am-4am. When the personal trainers are training their clients they don't even re-rack or clean their sweat off of the machine.
Watch your bank accounts close with fees. They will lie to you about paying upfront and still get charged extra fees. Canceled in person and they tried to charge recurring fees .
I love this place everyone treats me like family! You got to check it out:) The free fitness session really helped me make the decision a no brainer!
I paid my monthly due on June 5th of $19.95 and then paid the cancellation fee of $29.95 on June 7th. 2 DAYS LATER (which actually they really should pro-rate those fees, ESPECIALLY since I paid an additional month to start) At this time when I signed the cancellation fee the receptionist told me she was going to check my account balance and make sure I didn't owe anything else. After checking and stating that I owe'd $0 and wouldn't owe anything else she charged my card for the cancellation fee. Well less then 2 weeks later I get another charge of $29.95. I called and they stated that it is the annual fee because I have my account open until the end of July. One, If I paid a month ahead of time like I did, and I wanted to cancel for June then my last months should go towards my cancellation fee instead of keeping it open for an additional month THAT I DON'T WANT. Two, When I am signing the cancellation fee and she tells me that there is no more charges and I am good to go. I SHOULDN'T BE SURPRISED WITH ANOTHER DAMN CHARGE OF $30, LATER!!! THAT IS SHADY, THAT IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE TOLD TO YOU WHEN THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOU DO NOT OWE ANYTHING ELSE AND YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ya know, " hey by the way you're going to get charged $30 in less than two weeks." After talking to other people, it seems like this and similar "extra charges " happen a lot with this company.

The janitor accused me of leaving gym equipment on the floor and began to harass me mid work out, trainers took his side, the trainers see no value in their customers and its sad. Flex fit was my favorite, until now. If you want to be respected like a paying customer, go elsewhere.
LOVE Flex Fit! I go to the Saratoga location. Awesome staff, they make you feel so comfortable and are so nice! Great equipment and they have the BEST trainers, I train 5 times a month with Andrew! If you can't afford a trainer, the classes are awesome! With a 4 year old its so hard to do anything without a sitter but Flex has an excellent child care. My son always looks forward to the gym. The girls are so sweet and are so good to my baby!!
