My father walked in to the Fairfield Inn on Saturday, Aug. 26th 2017 the day after Hurricane Harvey looking to charge his phone, have a cup of coffee and rent a room. You mentioned you would need to verify w/ corp. if you could rent a room. In the meantime , you allow him to charge his phone and have a cup of coffee but, you offered him breakfast. WOW excellent customer service. I know my brothers and I appreciate you. We won't be making a trip to Corpus for a couple of weeks but I know when we do we will be staying at Fairfield. Forgot the most important thing.. My dad mentioned that the room and location was very clean and well keep. Thank you again.

Great location. Breakfast was great. Some items ran out pretty quickly and had to wait for them to restock. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great night sleep due to the quiet location. The staff that we encountered throughout our stay were very helpful and friendly. We had no trouble finding parking. We will definitely stay again. The price for 2 nights was a great deal.
Fairfield Inn & Suites is my preferred place to stay when I am in Corpus Christi. It is conveniently located for getting around the city and is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Check in is always friendly and smooth, the rooms are comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is a convenient amenity to start a busy day. I look forward to staying there again.
We booked a hotel in town for a grandparent's funeral. First room they gave us had blood on the sheets, toenail clippings on the floor, and pubic hair in the bathroom. We advised management, and they moved us to the room next door. I honestly don't know which one was worse. The second room had red sticky drippings in the fridge with again pubic hair at the bottom. The bathroom had, yes.. you guessed it pubic hair. What on earth are they booking, a Sasquatch convention? At this point management states that there are no upgrades available, that they are sold out, and no refunds can be made. Okay, so they move us into lucky room number three. Toenail clippings galore. I've seen cleaner rooms at Motel 6 with a significantly cheaper price tag. So what exactly am I paying for? This has been the absolute WORST experience I've ever had. They need to find different house keepers. I would definitely avoid this establishment.
