Other than the laundry services being out of order, my stay at the Hampton went smoothly. Service was what I would expect from a decent hotel chain.
We enjoyed our stay rooms are clean and staff is nice Carolyn was very helpful even called me as soon as she found out I had left an important belonging behind.
Awesome stay! The original hotel we booked lost our reservation, but thankfully the third party we booked through was able to get us transferred here with no problem. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very helpful and courteous, as was the lady who helped us at checkout. Room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff. They are all amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good too, just need to set up two waffle makers, especially on a busy weekend. Room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect!
The location is good off the freeway. The rooms were really nice and open to move around really well. The service is really good, everyone was helpful and had no problems.
