This hotel room was more spacious than we thought it was going to be. We're a family of five and everyone had their own space. The kitchen area had so much storage. Room was exceptionally clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Elevator operates a tad slow but there was not many people staying at the same time so that wasn't a problem. There is music always playing in the hallways so whoever sleeps on the sofa bed close to the entrance of the room may hear it if they're a light sleeper. It didn't bother us but it's just something to think about. Some outlets didn't work but again there were plenty. I had a pleasant walk to go get dinner for the family to eat in the room. There's a Lubys, Popeye's and Dairy Queen at walking distance. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and we will definitely stay here again if needed.
The lobby is 1000 times nicer than the rooms. We checked in and the room we got smelled heavily of smoke. We called down to the desk and asked if this was a smoking room and were informed the whole hotel was non smoking. We asked for a different room they said they were 100% booked. They offered to come up and spray air freshener which did not help. We checked out an hour later when my eyes started to water.
Friendly and attentive staff as well as a clean environment. The neighborhood isn't great but easy access to the freeway.
Had a wonderful experience. I was definitely needing a good night sleep and the bed in their king suite was amazing. Clean room with fridge, microwave and a couch! Only gave 4 stars because they didn't have extra pillows...we went to Wal-Mart to pick up our extra ones. Will definitely be back. Don't forget anything in your room..went back up after check out not even 5 mins and our phone charger was gone.
Staff was friendly and came to check in on our event. The hotel is reasonably locates to the highway for easy access
