We come here for business regularly 4+ time per year to this hotel alone and travel 100 plus nights year. We are not amateur, rude guests with wild children.
Ive stayed here many times for work, a good place to lay your head down. Checked in once and they had an issue getting me into a room due to an issue in thier computer, they buzzed around until the issue was fixed and personally made sure the room they found was ready for me and treated me to a nice snack basket and gift card for dinner. Would Recommend.
We got back from dinner with a 2&4 year old at 815 at night and immediately got a call from the staff saying we needed to quite down due to noise complaints. Really? We have been in the room less than 5 minutes and are getting two kids ready for bed. You think we are letting them jump around and act crazy when we are trying to get them down to sleep? No attempts or time giving to see if the noise was really an issue or even coming to the room to check. Just a rude phone call!
Check your room for things like cigarettes in a non-smoking room or old dirt socks.
This was very clean place. Our suite was perfect for a family of four. Breakfast not so good. Pool very small for my kids age 15 and 20. But overall very nice stay.
Excellent!! Fred, the security guard greeted me in the parking lot and let me know he's on duty til 6am. Richard reached across the check in desk and shook my hand to greet me. The best customer service I've ever received at ANY hotel. The room was very nice and clean!
We've stayed at this hotel before and it continues to receive a great review! Richard, checked us in late that night and when we walked in he knew our names and everything. Talk about feeling important like he had stayed up to wait for us. He made sure we had everything we needed and was truly sincere. The rooms were clean beds were done beautiful. Felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort. Only thing they need to order bacon for the weekend crowd :) Can't have eggs and biscuits without bacon :) they made up with great service. 5 stars!
Also asked for a room upgrade when one showed available online but was denied. Most likely cause the staff had already printed and assigned room keys and were to lazy to redo it.
