About what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. We had no towels or pillow cases. Bed was half made. Shower head was cracked and sprayed the whole bathroom. Refrigerator was missing so there was a giant hole in the kitchenette. Room was very hot because the AC unit was so old. Breakfast was minimal and the bagels tasted like play-doh
Booked a room for the weekend. The price was really good. The room had a small kitchen which we didn't expect, but was super helpful. The restroom was clean the room was clean. It was quiet. My only issue was that one of the beds looked like they didn't change the white sheets. They had makeup still on them. Looked like foundation. Good thing we booked two beds on accident and just used the other one.
Please...Don't choose this place. Manager extremely mean. Little short foreign guy. Horrible experience. I reported my shower wouldn't get hot. They assigned me another room....I said before I move to New room, wanted to make sure a hot shower was there. Again cold water. He was being very rude and said if I didn't leave, He'd call cops. People, just hard to explain this man, experience....yesterday I went to the desk the lady came forward from a meeting they were having with mean little guy....she was wiping tears away. This man is evil, this man is mean....please go to another place....plus their carpets. So dirty.
I had a great time for the one day I stayed. The room was clean which is all we can really ask for when staying at a hotel right? The only problem I had was there was an unbearably loud noise outside the room. It sounded almost like construction but I couldn't find any work happening. There were also children screaming in the halls but that down died around 8PM, which is to be expected with little ones. Other than that I got a good night's sleep and enjoyed my stay. The continental breakfast was delicious as well.
Decided to stay because family is in hospital and didn't want to keep going back and fourth. Service was good but rooms were nasty. Literally woke up to giant bed bugs crawling all over the bed. Had changed in the parking lot and was bugs in my pants. Seriously that's just disgusting.
Staff was very friendly and the price wasn't bad.
