The office staff was nice and cooperative. Like I said, it's okay to spend a night for a bachelor. If you want to spend some time there, it's not the ideal place.
Clean comfortable with beach side views.. The owner lives on site and is accommodating... It's an older hotel that but gas been kept up with.. It sustained a little damage from the last hurricane and is being gone attended to ..
Breakfast is a joke. I am not blaiming for "no breakfast being a 1 star hotel but why on earth other hotels also practice this marketing strategy ?.they call it a breakfast and only provide coffee ?
Honestly I did not expect much from a 1 star hotel. The only reason I booked this one as I needed a place to sleep at 2am.
The room was ok type, not the cleanest but manageable. Most of the stuffs were old and somehow sticking together. They call it "oceanview" hotel but trust me ocean is far away from that place. Check the last picture.

Older place in need of upgrades and insecticide. Service personnel were very pleasant and nice. I believe it could be a great place again, but a lot of money needs to be spent to make it happen.
Great for the price. If you are looking for room service and luxury you are looking at the wrong place. My husband and i have stayed there several times. Always clean. If you need anything the staff is quick to get it for you. Extremely close to the beach. Clean pool and new furniture in rooms. The patios could use some updating.
Perfect for us. We got 2 very soft beds, fridge, microwave, bathroom and balcony. Very close to the beach, restaurants and gift shops. Outdoor pool, ice machine, soda machine, free WiFi, cable and air conditioning. Close to Lexington museum, aquarium, and botanical gardens. At a great price. My family enjoyed everyday.
It's a 3 star from me because of the price. I paid $109 for a night. That's way to expensive for a 1 star hotel.
The damage was not bad enough to close it down..
