Staff was courteous and helpful; that was the highlight of the stay. Our room was not clean. The hotel needs some updating but I could overlook most of that if the room would have been clean. Bed was pretty comfortable, no issues there. The only protein at the breakfast was boiled eggs, everything else was sweet stuff with lots of carbs and some yogurt.
It was ok. The service was great. Nice people. Our first room didn't have bathroom door, but they gladly gave us another room. But the room was very warm. The a/c hardly cooled. I couldn't sleep. The pool was good. The building does need to be updated a lot though.
Visited the hotel on 08/17/2017. Outside need cosmetic makeover. The second floor air condition drips on the lower level as you walk under the landing. My first room was warm and they gave me another room. The second room was cold, clean and the bed very comfortable. its has a frig and microwave. In the dining room, I spotted dust balls on the wall where breakfast is being served. i would stay there again.
I absolutely could not finish my stay at this location. We ended up checking out and booking a room elsewhere for the rest of our trip. When we arrived to our room my husband killed 3 spiders within the first 10 minutes of being there. The carpet was heavily stained and the one time I tried to walk with out shoes it was sticky so I just wore my sandals around the room. There was mold around the corners by the front door. The bathroom was no better. The anti slip shower mat had mold under it too and there was mold around the edges of the tub. Housekeeping came while were out and when I came back it seems all that had been done was the bed was made. The trash wasnt changed, and there was still sand on the floor. Now the absolute worst part of my stay? Roaches. I killed 6. It is questionable if I will ever stay at a La Quinta again but I absolutely will never return to this one.
Stayed at this location this past week and there is alot of room for improvement. For one the internet was very slow when it was actually working. The shower head was dirty and the tub drain was clogged. Beds are sub-par and pillows were hard. To make matter whose they are in the process of remodeling the office and they are doing it at 1am while I am trying to sleep. Never will I stay at this particular location again or would I advise anyone else to.
