The sales representative, Tony, was excellent. He was helpful, didn't rush us, and didn't try to upsell us. We found a reasonably priced mattress that fits the needs of two people with back issues. The selection was good, the warranty beyond expectations, and they're able to deliver same day. I also appreciate supporting a locally owned business.
