Affordable place w nice rooms. No breakfast. Be careful after dark with the hookers and pimps
Best red roof inn I'd been to. The "smell" was not bad. And I can be picky with smell. Beds were pretty good. Shower was acceptable but could do with an upgrade. But all in all for a red roof inn it was one of the better ones
Remodeling was in progress, so for the 2days we were there, we listened to stairs being removed.. No rest at all. When I spoke to the front desk 1st day, she said, she would stop the hammering, but didn't... The stairs we came in on, we're no longer available and the elevator had an out of order sign. Not easy carrying all our gear all the way around the hotel and down another set of stairs. Front desk response to this was "well at least you were able to get out." did not apologize once for the remodeling, the lack of rest or not having stairs. I asked for a refund per their policy and this rely upset her... She said she would have the owner call me. That was a week ago.. Called red roof customer care the day after I checked out. She said someone would get back with me... Nothing. Customer care at red roof is non existent. Do not pay attention to their guarantee because they don't honor it. Had a reservation for a week in November and canceled it.
Horrible hotel , was given room 215 and omg the smell of mildew was unbearable. complained to management and was given another room "301". Jesus christ my entire body and especially my legs were destroyed by bedbugs..i have never experienced this before ...i will never stay there again....spent $140 for the worst stay at any hotel ever
Absolutely would not recommend. Mold, the rooms stink, domestics and loud drunks at late hours of the night, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night due to people smoking, absolutely ridiculous. Not the type to complain but this place was not acceptable, especially considering we have a baby. Maybe this was just an isolated incident but whatever the case we're out of here! Checked out 4 days early and found a much better place.
