DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT LIED TO! Called the night before we went into the store. Spoke to Marcus. Told him we lived in an rv travel trailer. That was no problem he said. We went in the next day to check out the bed and make the purchase. Again we told him we live in an rv travel trailer, and we would need evening delivery since my husband and I both work during the day. No problem he said. I guess he was really needing the commission tht day, because he ran our debit card. Then proceeds to tell us they can't deliver in the evening. Said they could deliver the 23rd but it would have to be during the day. The manager Mike then comes into the conversation saying it comes from Minnesota and there's no way it would be here to be delivered in the evening. The question to my husband and myself was, if it was here to be delivered during the day why wouldn't it be here to be delivered in the evening? But before we could even argue that point Marcus says "oh yeah I forgot, your gonna have to make some modifications to your rv in order for them to install it. Drill holes ext.. " why wasn't we told that from the beginning??? So with that and the delivery we cancel our order all together because #1 Marcus misled us into thinking they could just come install with no problem of it being an rv. No we have to drill holes in our rv. #2 delivery in the evening to accommodate their customers is to much to ask. So ok done deal cancelled. NOPE $1700 was still charged to our account today! So now we have to wait however long to get our return.
Just to let you know, customer service stinks. If you ever need a tech to come out and check your bed, be prepared to pay $179.00 fee. Doesn't matter if your bed is under warranty or not.
Very happy with my in store experience with Chris, but when I went back to pay for the mattress I worked with a different sales person that was not good! He set up my delivery for the 19th and then after I left the store he went back and made a change because he forgot to add something and did not re state my delivery date. My birthday is on the 21st and I was looking forward to having my new bed for my birthday, but now I have to wait until the 4th! If you go to this store ONLY DEAL WITH CHRIS! Trust me I wont make that mistake again!
I bought this bed thinking it would be good for aching back. It was awful. They would not take it back. I suffered with it as I spent a lot for the bed. I tried every number possible. Finally it went to the dump yesterday after I had my wonderful Cantwell mattress delivered. I had a Cantwell mattress before and loved it, so I am not sure why I switched, but it was a BIG mistake. The Cantwell mattress fit the adjustable frame, and in fact I found out Cantwell works on all the adjustable beds in and around Corpus. One of the selling points for the sleep number bed was a 25 year guarantee, but found out from my sister that means they will send you a part, and you fix it. I am happy now, and had the best night`s sleep since I made the mistake to get a sleep number bed. So glad it is now in the dump. I had spent many nights in my guest room because the bed was so bad. Do hope other folks do not make the same mistake.
This bed is really good I have not as bad back pain it really works and me and my wife have different number and we love it I would get on it worth the Money cuse u speak a third of your life on it get the I 8
