The location to the beach is far. lots of traffic. the rooms were clean but area is noisy. they have a kitchen and fridge which is extremely convenient. not the best hotel i've been to, there are better.
The key wouldn't work for my room and maintenance took four days to fix the problem. It was stressful getting off of work and have to call security to let me in.

We booked a room for a week at the inn town suites formerly sun suites stayed in room 235 and there were bedbugs in the room. We were refused a refund and was directed to call corporate number for complaint. The office staff told us we brought them there. We now have to spend money to get rid of bugs that we come here with in the first place. I will never recommend this place yo anyone ever again . The worst experience ever. Do not stay here.
I had the unfortunate experience of "having to stay" here. I did not have electricity as a result of hurricane harvey. i was forced to stay in a hotel. This was my only option. They advertise "nightly rooms for rent" but they DO NOT rent rooms per night. they rent on a weekly basis. The "suite" I stayed in had crickets inside, the room was extremely stuffy, the comforters are beyond disgusting. (see pictures). The staff was very friendly with me but EXTREMELY rude to another guest. An elder man was looking for a room for his 80 year old mother and they turned him down because she had a tiny dog with her. Do not forget this was when Hurricane Harvey hit Texas. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the guests were lovely people. The rooms are disgusting.
