my advice to everyone now that is getting their tax returns soon and is looking to purchase a vehicle, do not stop at this place! they are just looking for a commission check! & might sell you something that looks & sounds great but is gonna cost you in the end!

that being said, when my parents tried to use their warranty, this problem was not covered by any of the warranties forcing them to be without a vehicle, because the vehicle wouldn't run properly

I was paying on a 2010 GMC and had it for just about 2 years. In those two years, I have taken it back and forth for repairs and out of pocket costs that the warranty did not want to cover. Mind you I just drove this vehicle in town only. A service employee had the nerve to tell me, well you do realize you have an older vehicle? Wow. That's your response as to why my vehicle isn't getting properly fixed by your service department? Do you consider yourself to have a lemon if you take your vehicle for repairs more than 10 times in a course of two years? Quite frankly that is my case. I voluntarily surrendered this trash recently that they dared to put me in to "build my credit." It was not worth wasting money on anymore. I trusted these people but I got suckered into a lemon bottom line. Never again will I deal with this dealership and hope that no one else deals with them. BBB will be notified about this whole situation.

Salesman was not very engaging

they have horrible customer services, & take advantage of elderly customers!

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. When my husband and I went in it was almost closing time the salesman took our info and threw some numbers out to us. We negotiated a little and he said look I need to process the info and I will call you tomorrow to see what we can do, we said ok and went on our way. We did not receive a call back - I then called and asked to speak to a manager to voice my frustration - I spoke to a woman and she assured me the general manager would call me back - low and behold a couple minutes later the salesperson called me. I asked him how he got my number since my husband left his as a call back (the only time I gave my number was to the lady I just got off the phone with) he stumbled and didnt know what to say. Then he proceeded to tell me the price of the car and I told him I knew the price I wanted to know about the financing that we applied for. This guy didn't know what was going on or who I was so he asked to call me back - once his ducks were in a row he calls me back and I said you know I have a friend at another dealership that I am gonna work with and he got a little upset and basically said I would not get financed anywhere. Well I traded my car in and got it paid off in full (this guy wanted to give me a ridiculous low amount for my current car) and I got what I was looking for - Thanks to the lack of customer service on the salesperson part I did get a good deal somewhere else!

Honestly I love the manager but other than that they kept giving me the runaround for about 3 weeks straight on different vehicles I needed a car right away and it didn't matter to them so I went to Kia Mike Shaw and they tree doing great and got me in a car with an hours

i went with them back to the offices to see who can help them & see who can help us because it wasn't our fault that this happened, they sold it to them like that! they turned us away, told us "there was nothing that can be done"

i was very happy for my elderly parents when they told me they got a really good deal with their new car that they got 8 months ago! until every month something was wrong with the car they just got! after numerous trips to this location & the portland location for 8 months straight! finally it turned out that they sold my parents a car that had "slush in the motor", that was caused by negligence from the previous owner! my parents purchased warranty thru the dealership & even purchased extended warranty,

think twice before stopping here!
