This is where I bought my Silverado back in 2015 which wasn't a bad experience but, definitely not my best. Where this dealer ship is lacking the most is in the service department. I bought the extended oil change package with my Silverado so I get oil changes at no additional charge up to 75000 miles so I go here all the time. It never fails to take less than 2 1/2 hours before my truck is even taken from under the drive-in port by the mechanics sometimes even longer. Then another 30min to an hour before they finish. I would suggest go else where if you plan on paying for the oil change. I've gone to plenty of shops where it takes 45min to and 1 and a half which is much more practical. But I'll have to wait till I get to 75000 miles to finish off my free oil changes.
