Very rude sales person. She is not there to sell apparently but to treat customers like a piece of trash. I won't buy anything there just because of her rudeness. I went there twice to buy a car I liked, and she made me leave upset due to her bad attitude.
Service is not as bad as these reviewers say. Great deals, mostly sells water damaged, repo, theft recovery vehicles.
We have purchased 3 vehicles from American Auto Sales & today my mother ib law purchased one as well, I highly recommend them! Latisha was very helpful made the process so so easy each time, as far as the reviews saying she wasn't helpful, well if rather do business with her than a pushy salesmen from a dealership! Most people don't like having salvage titled cars but we honestly have had not a single problem with any of our 3 cars, we trust them & plan on buying more cars from them since my husband seems to have a thing for cars lol
At the last minute, I decided to list an older truck with Letisha at American Auto after I had received several wholesale offers for $3000. Listing was easy and the rate was very reasonable. I paid up front for leaving the car on the lot for a month and after it sold in 10 days, that was partially refunded against the commission of 10%. I ended up getting more than twice what I had been offered and didn't get a bunch of inquiries that were a hassle to deal with, the buyer got a good clean truck way under what the dealers would have charged, and they made a commission. If you are either looking for a car or need to list one for sale and do not want to be the front person on the deal, I highly recommend them!
