We had an appointment to get our oil changed about 2 months ago. That in itself was horrible. We waited almost 3 hours. At about 2 1/2 hours they told us our vehicle was ready so we pay and then wait for another 30 mins! We finally went back up to the desk and asked where our vehicle was and they just forgot to bring it out. Really???? I’m writing this review now because yesterday, I was standing in front of my vehicle talking to a neighbor when I notice on the passenger side of the vehicle, the hood is not sitting flush with the rest of the vehicle. So I open the hood and there is an old windshield wiper from when we got our oil changed! I removed it and closed the hood, but now the hood will not sit flush still even after it was removed because it’s been stuck in there so long. I didn’t pay for a new Cadillac to deal with shoddy service! Not a happy camper!
I highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet if you are looking for a new vehicle. I was looking for something specific and found it. I was presented with a non-pressurized salesman but helpful and had the customer in mind. Michael G. put the customers wants, concerns, budget before his own want of selling a car. There is nothing more than feeling swarmed by salesman just by passing through the parking lot. That was not the feeling with him.
I had a good experience overall. This is the third time in three weeks that I’ve been here to pick up a vehicle and I am annoyed at how long it takes to receive your vehicle once you sign for it. The first time was close to a half hour, the second was OVER a half hour and this time was 25 minutes of standing outside waiting for a porter to retrieve the vehicle. On all three occasions, there was no more than one vehicle ahead of mine and the other customers complained about it taking 20-30 minutes as well. The porters seem to take their time responding to the call as well as walking out to the vehicles. Should definitely be addressed.
I was searching for a particular used car and they had it in the color I wanted at a reasonable price. Drove down there from San Antonio, but it was well worth it. Me. Scott Robbins went above and beyond in ensuring that all our questions were answered. I recommend this dealership to anyone near Corpus and even those not so close.
I went in to Auto Nation Chevrolet Corpus looking for a reliable used vehicle. The guys spent time showing me everything I wanted to look at and more. Then they went further to make me a better deal on a new truck than what a used one would have cost me. I walked out with so much more than I ever expected, an even bigger smile, and a solid customer. The one thing I didn't expect was their straight forward dealing. There wasn't any moving numbers around or back door approach trying to "convince" me. They listened to what I wanted, and found an answer that I was ecstatic about, and kept our same back and forth paper in front of me so I always knew where we were at.
