Very expensive service. $109 just to look at each problem. Then they charge you for the repair. So each item they repair costs $109 more than any other auto service in town.
Find somewhere else to service your car, or don't bother buying a ford. Autonation ford is a total rip off. I beat there best new car price by going to houston. $4,000 less. Also these people do not honor true car prices.
During my wait for service a technician needed to go to hospital for a minor injury which left them short handed and delayed service. The Service Manager enlisted assistance of additional help from another Department to finish the job within an hour and filled my gas tank for the inconvenience and delay. Good thinking and problem solving on the run. Overall excellent job! Thanks
Simple and straightforward. Cole was patient, responsive, and never pushy. It was a painless and pleasant experience and I wish more salesmen were like Mr. McLeod. I drove away feeling like I got a fair deal with fair treatment. This definitely was not the typical car buying experience. I know, I've purchased 8 cars over the last 15 years for my wife and I. This was one of my best experiences.
Awesome! Awesome!! Awesome!!! Absolutely hands down the best place to buy a vehicle! We had such an awesome experience buying our new F-150 from these guys. Joe Balbo, Todd and Arnold were all so helpful and never pushy! I think we got on their nerves more than they got on ours. I had shopped around at multiple places before and after my initial visit here and these guys won us over. We had a maintenance issue with our truck a couple days after purchase, took it in and they took care of us with no questions! That was definitely a first for us. This year hubs got the new truck and we will definitely be back next year for my new truck!
