Cannot give less than 0 stars to Corpus Christi Auto Nation Honda (on S.P.I.D). The service department is HORRIBLE. Paid $1500 to have them check for an oil leak 10/4/2017. The wife notice her 2003 Honda Odyssey still leaking oil after a few weeks. Took back dealer's department another $380 down from $600 they were going to charge after talking to the service manager Bob . 2 days later still leaking after getting it back from the shop. Now (11/27/2017) Bob the service manager is quoted me $900 to $1000 for a rear main seal leak. That was just this trip. There has been other issues (in the past 3 to 4 years) like them loosing or forgetting to put parts (like the engine cover, loosing cover bolts) back on the van. Bob claimed that was with the break in price. I say BS. This place is a rip off.

Service dept very courteous. Listened to what I wanted. They had my car done rather quickly. We always are pleased with their service.

I drove from Houston to Corpus just because of how amazing Vickie Novak. I needed a car after my car was totaled due to Harvey. She communicated the whole thing through text. No sales lines just bottom line facts. She gave me all the details I asked for. Other companies kept trying to get me to come in, or they would not give me bottom line info. If they were able to beat the amazing deal I got; they lost it because they wouldn't just give me the bottom line over phone/email. Other quotes were $2000 plus more than my car. When we got there everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, and accommodating. Vickie should seriously train other people in the industry on sales in the digital world.

I went to Honda on October, 20 to purchase a new key. My daughter goes to school in San Marcos and all of a sudden, her car keys would not insert into the keyhole. (we had no clicker.) She paid to have it opened. Once inside the stick shift would not move to Drive or Reverse..nothing. She called Honda in San Marcos who talked to her over the phone and explained that she could use a butter knife to insert into the small opening on the shift Stick to move it to reverse...etc. They suggested she need a new clicker. She drove to Corpus that day, Thursday Oct 19. I went to Honda Friday morning and asked for a new key. I paid $77.85 dollars. showing them my old original key and clicker that needed a battery. They made me a key. I also had with me a key I had made for $120 two years ago but with no clicker. I get the new key Honda made with a clicker, go outside and it does not insert into the car key hob...just the tip and the clicker does not work. The man who made the key goes to the car with me. The key does not insert and does not start the car. He suggestion I have a diagnosis of the car for $120. I agree at this point since the car won't start. They suggested a new battery or alternator but both were replaced that week. Two hours later I receive a call from my car adviser - employee - A. Haynes 2768, that I had a couple of issues and the total would be $800 something. First - that I needed to get a new key. I explained I left two keys one with no clicker (my key) and another with a clicker. She stated how old is the key with a clicker, I told her I just paid for it that morning. She stated it needs to be programmed and that would be $240. So I paid $77.85 for a key that does not work, I know understand...the man used my inside guts, to insert in a new not programmed clicker, with a new battery and a new cut key, that does not insert in the key hob. Why didn't he just use my original detached key instead of cutting a new one? (pictured with old clicker) why did he cut a new key? So I'm told now I need a new key hob which is about 240.00. I'm also told I need a new starter for about 300, and another diagnosis ($120) to see why the shift stick is not moving in gears. I decided to bring the car home. Upon arriving there and speaking with Mr. Ybarra and not being satisfied with my quotes and the explanation I go out to retrieve my car, which was locked so I'm back to square one because the keys don't work. He tries his best to explain the situation, tries the keys which do not work. My niece wanted to see the keys to assist and he was very unresponsive with letting her assist. She wanted the keys and he refused to give them to her, he handed them to me, so she takes them. What she does, I don't know, but surely she did not program them outside, but she is successful in opening the car with the clicker. And to this date, the keys work ONLY to open the car...I still use my old key to start it, so what was I going to pay 240 for programming...apart from the 73 I already paid? Unfortunately, I have to use the clicker to open the car and use my key to start it. I replaced the starter for 300 with parts and labor at home, and bought a sensor that is right up above the brake pedal for $7.00 and now my stick shift moves. My niece needed no diagnosis to figure this out. Not a happy camper. My engine cracked due to bulletin 10-048, had to repaint my car due to paint issue, leather peeled, visors fell, and airbag issue. You asked for a review, please don't have another PR specialist call me as they did when I gave a bad review for waiting 5 months for my airbag recall. She insisted my social media bashing was uncalled for, I am not bashing but only reflecting facts and i have all paper work for each issue. Thank you....

Patricia Sherman handled my recent truck purchase with the utmost attention and follow up. She didn’t have exactly what i was looking for on their lot, so she found exactly what i wanted on another lot and drove me down to test drive. I was in a hurry to get on the road and she made sure to expedite the process. She even went out of her way to handle a few service items over the following week. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!
