The sales people are extremely nice and very helpful. However, every time i go in to get my car serviced, the staff in that department seem to not enjoy their jobs. I once stood in front of the desk of Art, for 10 minutes before he, the Service Manager, realized i was right in front of his desk. Not once did he apologize for the wait. He looked up from his computer a few times but never offered to help me. They have also put too much oil in my car before i drove it to Odessa, 7 hours away, and my service light was on because of it. Also, when i call to schedule appointments, the receptionists are not friendly at all. I called to see if my gas lid is covered under the warranty and instead of helping me figure out what the "gas lid" was actually called, the lady hung up on me before I could finish asking her. They informed me that oil changes are included in the warranty until 25,000 miles. I received my first 3, and the 3rd one was when i requested for them to change the oil due to the fact they put an excessive amount of oil in my car. When i went back for another oil change, as the milage was UNDER 25,000, the man informed me it would be a charge because they only offer 3 oil changes for my car in the warranty. My car was at 23,XXX miles when i brought in the last time. I decided to take my car elsewhere considering, i was not going to argue with the rude representative nor the Service Manager who does not seem to enjoy his job very much. Very interesting place!
This is the only dealership I called or visited. All were extremely friendly and professional. Try to get Scott Merritt to help you. The guy is great. As with any dealership I approach them as if they are shark infested waters. These guy treated me fairly and my purchase was exactly what I wanted without all the sales nightmares and haggling. Overall a great experience!!!
They helped me out twice to get my family into new cars, I love my Corolla quite a bit. I stopped by the service department today and was greeted by several employees. One of them even took me back to see my car as the place I went to get an oil change actually damaged my car and they wanted to show me. I have never been to a service department who is willing to show you directly on your car the issue. The downside was the amount of time is takes to get serviced, reason for four stars.
I would usually give 5 stars for this Toyota location, but this time they were not very organized. Usually upon arrival, there is someone outside to greet you and tell you what to do and where to go. Not this time. We went inside and waited around a bit until someone finally notices us. There should be someone there to greet customers and guide them to where they need to go. There are so many people walking around and the space inside is so tight that it's a bit chaotic and we didn't know who we should be talking to or what. And they all just pass you by and don't recognize that you don't know what you're supposed to do when you arrive. Other than that, the servicing of the vehicle was quick.
My service advisor, Brandi, is an all star behind that desk. Don't let that "In Training" sign fool you, she knows her stuff! I highly recommend bringing your car/truck/SUV to this dealership when you need it worked on. The technician that worked on my truck did a absolutely fantastic job. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Oh and don't forget the free car wash!
