Worst customer service! Once you buy a vehicle, they will give you the run around when something is promised to you. So, be aware before you buy, make sure your car or truck has all the accessories you want because it will be a while before they get it done! The only reason we got ours is because we kept calling and calling and finally we just drove to Corpus Christi from San Antonio to pick up our side steps for our truck and to top it off they just put them outside! We had to leave to buy straps and they didn't even have the courtesy to put them inside where they were safe! They also have a San Antonio location called San Antonio Autoplex and the service is horrible there as well! I will not be purchasing from this company again!!!

This company is the best place to buy a car at!!! I don't care what anyone says, they got me approved for a vehicle of my DREAMS!!! Hands down these people are awesome and very hands on helpful. I believe that the people who are bitter about this place is either #1 have very bad credit and no one else wanted to help them and these people did and they got their hands bitten. #2 Of course the favor didn't happen in their hands so they want to take it out on them. #3 Its CORPUS once you don't go your way someone wants too bit you. But hands down Bravo you helped me and thank you. I will be a LOYAL CUSTOMER to Y'all. Until y'all make mad lol just joking. P.s. I am not going to lie I have really Bad credit, just always remember you credit score, is who you are, as the decisions you make in life, PERIOD. But they honestly took a chance on helping me, which I'm sure they do for everyone else. I guess you have to dish out the BAD TO GET TO THE GOOD, people who made bad choices in life like I did being young. Again thank you I have a car now.
We purchased a vehicle over 3 months ago and have had constant issues trying to get our license plates. We had to go in to get new temp plates and that took an hour and the lady was incredibly rude and clearly dumb since she printed out plates for a 2014 mustang when the year make and model was written down and given to her. Which was a 2016 Dodge Ram, completely different and I’m not sure how she could even get them confused. We have asked to speak with a supervisor countless times but for some reason we are always told there is none available. We called the tax office and we were told that we are likely being lied to about what is actually going on with our plates. That someone clearly isn’t doing their job. We have been told countless times that someone is going to call us back but it never happens. Again this has been over 3 months. Do not buy from this company! The service level is terrible! And they have no concerns about telling the truth whatsoever.
Had traded in our car in June talked to David and Joe Anthony they got us approved and into a new vehicle I was beyond excited because our old car was messing up everyday it was something and I had a breakdown and one of my friends told me about Subaru so I went well we got approved they told me I couldn't get it for 2 days because they wanted to check everything real good because they didn't wanna sell me a lemon and they wanted to detail it really well so I was OK with that due to my suburban being a lemon well I went in to get it in those 2 days and was expecting it to be detailed well when I got in the car there was animal hair everywhere crumbs dust dirt food crumbs it was gross but I just took it because i could easily clean it up well I had it for about a week and all of a sudden Everytime I had the AC on and I would stop at a stop light it started overheating and leaking out green fluid while I was driving so I would have to pull over and open the hood and let it cool down I was hoping riding with the AC off would help but nope it would over heat Everytime I would drive it so had my husband check it and it was a cracked radiator smh 1 week into it so we replaced it so that fixed the problem well another problem arises that we noticed Everytime we turn it on and take off u hear a loud clicking noise while ur driving we thought we just needed oil but nope we put oil did a oil change and everything and it's still happening idk what it is honestly tried calling the dealership numerous times and talking with David but Everytime I call they say he's not available so I leave a message to call me back and I never hear back now I'm having a problem with my car turning on I get up to take my husband to work or school and go to turn on the car and it just clicks but don't turn on so we literally have to sit there and wait 30 minutes to try again for it to turn on it happens Everytime we go somewhere and turn off the car so now we just leave an hour earlier to get to where we have to get to on time hoping to talk to the manager and get into a new car tomorrow even tho it was as we specifically asked before we signed the papers if there were any problems with it and they said no being that they promised they wouldn't put us in a lemon I'm hoping they work with us and put me and my family in another vehicle because Im more then sure our trade in vehicle is gone already I just want to exchange this vehicle I love it because it's big and spacious for my family of 5 but it's not reliable like they promised
