I went in for air bag recalls replacement.i was told that the part was in stock. After i t was there for couple of hours, I was told that some thing else have to be replaced before air bag can be install. So I went ahead to ok to the repair. Before repair I was told that the horn will be repair and the air bag will be install.after another hour and a half. I got my car back I don't have the air bag install because its not in stock and my horn didn't work and I spent $312.00 and have to go back next week to get the horn repairs and the air bag. I was waited by two service adviser one was very courteous and helpful the other I don't know why he even there working. Make the long story that's the wrong job that he's in.
Bought a 2013 used Volkswagen a few weeks ago, and the car buying experience was fairly painless. A few things on the vehicle had to be fixed so we picked it up a few days later. When we tried to leave the dealership the car didn't start. It needed a new battery, which Ed Hicks did buy and install the next morning. That made me question how in depth their inspections are in the first place if they didn't catch a bad battery. All that aside it was still okay and I was fairly pleased with the car buying experience. Two weeks later, the vehicle started leaking oil. We contacted our salesman to see if there was anything they could do since we just purchased it a couple of weeks ago, and it shouldn't be leaking oil. My husband called our salesman and told him what was going on, and he said he would talk to his sales manager. A couple of hours later, he texted my husband and said "All vehicles are sold AS IS" and that we could purchase a warranty still...We do have a warranty but we didn't purchase it through them. (The problem wouldn't have been covered by a warranty anyway). We decided to take it to the local Volkswagen dealership, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue, which was the oil tank plug. Either Ed Hicks put the wrong plug on my vehicle or it was already there and they should have noticed it. Regardless, they should've helped us out since we just purchased it so recently from them. Thankfully, the Volkswagen dealership diagnosed it and fixed the problem FREE OF CHARGE, because they said we shouldn't have had to deal with this issue because we just purchased the vehicle. We didn't even buy the vehicle from the Volkswagen dealership and they had the courtesy to fix Ed Hick's problem. I won't be sending my friends here. I don't trust their used vehicle inspections.
I took my vehicle for inspection and failed, due to emergency brake not holding. So I made an appointment to get it resolved took a half day of from work, Mike the Ed Hick Nissan Rep said that it might take about 3 to 4 hours depending of what the mechanics may find. Mind you my appointment is at 12 noon so got there at 1130 dropped it of and left.
Bought a vehicle here and had it serviced. Service is part of the sale with everything getting more technical done to the motor oil change . Prices are comparable If you break it down PLUS these are Nissan techs that should be able to answer any questions you have. Professional/ friendly they are attentive to your questions and concerns . Facility is clean with free coffee/ bottle water .
Four hours later did not get a courtesy call which HONDA AUTO NATION DO. My son dropped me and my daughter off figured after this would go out for dinner, 620 pm is when they gave me my keys, Ed Hicks Nissan staff is already preparing to leave. Get this I passed my INSPECTION but when I pressed on my EMERGENCY BRAKE AND PUT THE GEAR ON DRIVE MY CAR ROLLED LIKE IT WAS NEVER EVEN WORKED ON AT ALL BUT SOME HOW I PASSED STATE INSPECTION BY ED HICKS NISSAN. WHAT A SHAME..... IF THIS IS WHAT NISSAN PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP, INTEGRITY LOOKS LIKE. FORGET IT. Y’ALL DECIDE. Some one from CC DMV should look at their practices and procedures.
I want to thank Michael Naranjo for helping me and my wife to find a vehicle that is right for her, It requires a lot of patience to deal with my wife and Michael made it so easy for us! He is very friendly very knowledgeable and most important not pushy. I will definitely send my family and friends to see Michael and if you are reading this make sure you ask for him too.
Talk about INTEGRITY, PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP if this is what they called service forget it mind as well take it to WOW street and they will treat you better and affordable too.
