Got a superb dodge guy named marty. He went above and beyond to help me when my truck broke down. He empathized with me, and really extended more of a helping hand than he had to. My truck was repaired right the first time and I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him and have him handle my service needs.
This place has exceptional customer service. If you need to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend you ask for Garrett Johnson if you want to be treated with the utmost care. Garrett listens to your concerns, needs and then goes above and beyond to get you into the vehicle you want. I hate going to dealerships, but Garrett absolutely helped my son and turned the experience of purchasing a car a pleasurable experience. The Sales Manager, Adam was the one assisting Garrett and again, Adam went above and beyond to help and listened to our concerns. Great dealership with HONEST people who treat you with respect. All our questions were answered by Jesse and Dennis who went out of their way to help us. They did everything in their power to get us into this beautiful new truck we LOVE and Dennis has become a good friend of the family. We are buying our next vehicle from Lithia in Corpus for sure!!! The service department is terrible. I sent my car in for recall repairs. It was explained that they needed go get me a new engine. It will be at no cost to me because its not my fault but today was the fourth Monday my car has been there, going on a month. They don't reopen calls or answer messages. The only way i can get updates from the guy JC is to go in person. Still waiting. Will change review when i get any results or real help
Not impressed with customer service. Bought a new 2017 Ram Truck on 15 Sept 2017 and have yet to get the spare key for the truck. We were told the key was misplaced and they would mail us the key in a week. Here we are over a month later and still no key and no call back from email I sent last week either. I should have known right away that the service would be lacking when we had to stop to put gas during the test drive. I also should have been alerted when they told us the truck was being washed and readied for us during our 2 1/2 hour drive from San Antonio and when we arrived the truck was not ready and we had to wait another hour. We even had to ask to test drive the truck because we were already doing the paperwork and the truck was still not ready. This is the last time I am buying a truck from this dealership. Customer service is horrible. I sure hope the key comes today or I will continue to post everyday.
