I dont usually give reviews but i have never had better service from a dealership I would give the service department 10 stars the service advisor James made everything simple and easy i brought my mustang in yesterday becouse it was overheating i get a call at 3.30 saying my car would be readly in 20 minutes they had replaced the water pump and changed my airbag there was a recall that i had no idea about my car was readly on time . Today my car overheated again. I talked to James on the phone he offered to get a tow truck to me if i wasent able to drive it. After i arrived he had his driver take me to get a rental car paid for by ford. This dealership honours there warranties and cares about there customer's unlike auto nation ford they allways try to find a way out of the warranties and make everthing hard for you i will never go to another dealership again this is the best place in town for service

Horrible experience in service. Broke down 1000 miles from home. No since of urgency. Got it fixed. They didn't connect the upper radiator hoses. Over heated 100 miles away. Would not recommend. Ever. Period.
My truck had an 8AM appointment made a week in advance. I took it in and it didn't get seen all day. I had to take it back in the next morning at 8. The service person would not answer her phone either day, nor did she update me, as promised. Then she charged $125 for an inaccurate diagnosis, a charge she never mentioned. My husband picked up the truck because I had a client come in and couldn't leave... The service person told my husband that she had informed me about the charge - that was a lie. He paid it (we would have agreed to it if we HAD been informed), but it wasn't accurate anyway. She told me it would be almost $1400 in parts and labor. My husband did some googling and ordered the parts online for about $100, then spent about half an hour replacing the pieces that actually needed replacing.
This dealership is AWESOME! Super friendly staff, GSM Hector is super cool and friendly. GM Ryan is down to earth and easy to work with. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. If you're looking for a new or used car stop by and meet these guys. You can't go wrong with Sames Ford of Corpus Christi they have a huge selection of Ford Mustangs and Ford F-150's
This was the ONLY place I trusted with my truck, but now I won't return. The trust is gone - they are the epitome of everything people fear from their mechanic.
