My name is Jesus Caballero I am a junior at Texas A&M university , and I am not trying to bash the company but they definitely took advantage of a low income student trying to work hard and get his degree. If there was an option to rate zero stars, that is what I would have selected. I took my car In to simply fix the locking cylinder and latch on my 2000 Volkswagen Jetta which I understand is a older car but not a car that is unreliable. When I got the car back the whole left side door is not operable electrically which has nothing to do with the lock cylinder and latch. If the technician is trying to say I'm illiterate and don't know how common sense works I am deeply offended. My plans of having future business with this company is totally destroyed.
They had me do paperwork on a vehicle, ran my credit, once I passed they would not sell the vehicle because of a recall, why run my credit if you won't sell the car. I highly do not recommend this dealer. They will knock your credit rating down and not sell you the car unless it's a new crappy vee dub.
I went in for just an oil change. They sent me a video of my car from underneath the car. You could hear the tech going over everything, and it showed my car was in excellent condition. I trust VW, they give superb service here.
Service said basically, there was nothing they could do about it.
I had a great experience with the staff here, offering coffee and water while we waiter for our paperwork. Roberto Perez was an awesome salesman. Answered all our questions, showed the cars features, explaining service requirements and warranties. Peace and love my friends, we left with a new Jetta and a cheaper payment! Happy!
Service department are crooks! They will take advantage of you in anyway they can! Something very simple to fix, spent over $800 to fix (which was overboard, but we needed to get it done). Took a month to fix. Picked up car, now there are electrical problems that were never there before.
Wish i would've known they were crooks before taking car there.
