Every session is like your first time! The variety is cool. The trainers are all amazing ,motivating and friendly! I look forward to my sessions here everyday. I get motivated by others pushing themselves!
I don't understand how anybody could not like results! The trainers are so awesome and know just how much to push you. I love the fact that it is not one on one so it is not so intimidating for newbies. (We all are at first) The workouts are challenging, but if it was easy, everybody would be doing it! I highly recommend going to results to anybody and everybody. You will not be disappointed!(:
Amazing owner!! Wonderful nutritionist/manager for when you are brand new and the trainers are always willing to tear you a new one in your training session. If your hurt and can't do an exercise let them know and they will modify it so you can still get the most for your workout. Great hours, so I can go whenever I want during the day. I have been with them on and off almost a year and a half and they are awesome people who are willing and wanting to help you get into the best shape of your life! Just ready to feel sore the next day!
