Not too long ago I had a heart attack. I was in terrible shape, over weight and almost died. Today thanks to Jeff, I've lost over 50 pounds and I feel great. Now I can paddle my kayak more than 10 miles, run over 5 miles, and I have changed to a healthy life style. If you want to get in shape I recommend you call Jeff, he gets results.
I have only been training with Jeff for 5 weeks now and I have lost 17lbs, it is Awesome he is awesome. I have had trainers before but he is so different, he really cares about my fitness, but he will still kick my butt at the same time. I have never flet so good, looked so good and best of all I am finally into my skinny jeans in my closet I thought that those jeans would only collect dust. But now they are on and turning heads.
