Ive been training at stong arm for about 3 months now and it's an awesome environment with great people that motivate you to be better and do better every day I couldn't ask for a better place to !!! If your looking to learn how to defend yourself or just trying to stay in shape I highly recommend Stong Arm mma and Brazilian jiu jitsu
